Trash Bin Cleaning in Highland Park, Pflugerville
This is the Highland Park off Heatherwilde Boulevard in Pflugerville, Travis County, not the city of the same name near Dallas. Two separate associations operate here, and we serve both.
Two Associations, One Name
The city plat register records 34 separate filings under this name, split across two families. Highland Park Phases A through D were recorded between 2003 and 2018. Highland Park North Phases A through C came earlier, between 2002 and 2009. They are governed by two different homeowners associations even though the street grid reads as continuous.
The official description places the community off Heatherwilde Boulevard and State Highway 45 in Travis County, Pflugerville. If you are searching for HOA documents, make sure you are reading the set for your own association rather than the neighboring one.
Bin Cleaning on Either Side
Storage and screening rules can differ between the two associations, so the safest approach is to read your own governing documents. What does not change is the collection arrangement: Pflugerville households are served by Waste Connections under city contract, with weekly trash and every other week recycling.
We schedule after your collection day and work at the curb, so nothing needs to be moved to a driveway or hauled anywhere.
