How Billing Works
Pay After Completed Service
No service payment upfront
Fieldd may place a temporary $1 card authorization during booking. It is not the service charge and is released according to the card network timeline. The actual service amount is charged after the visit is completed.
Different additional-bin prices
One-time service is $50 for the first bin and $10 for each additional bin. Recurring plans use a $5 additional-bin price per completed visit.
Recurring plan commitment
Monthly, Every 2 Months, and Quarterly plans begin with a 12-month commitment. Pausing or changing frequency during that initial term is treated as canceling the current plan.

What Customers Ask
What happens if I cancel during the first 12 months?
An Early Cancellation Adjustment recovers the difference between the recurring discount already received and the one-time rate for completed services. It does not charge for future services that were not performed. The formula and examples are in the Plan Terms.
Can I pause or change frequency during the initial term?
Doing so is treated as cancellation of the current plan during the initial 12-month term, so the Early Cancellation Adjustment applies to completed services. After the initial term, service continues at the selected frequency without a new minimum commitment.
Do these prices include commercial or HOA work?
No. Commercial and HOA routes are quoted separately because cart count, property layout, access, and service frequency vary. Request a commercial quote.
