By booking or using any service provided by Keep Bin Clean LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers in Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Round Rock, and surrounding areas.
We provide mobile residential trash bin cleaning including high-pressure hot water washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of standard residential bins at your curbside. Services include one-time, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly cleaning plans.
You are responsible for ensuring bins are empty and placed at the curb on your scheduled service day. If bins are not accessible, we will attempt to return on the next available date. Repeated inaccessibility may result in a missed service.
Payment is due after each completed service. No upfront payment or deposits required. Accepted methods include credit card, debit card, and Venmo. Accounts more than 30 days past due may have service suspended.
No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime by contacting us at [email protected] or (737) 230-6336. Please provide 48 hours notice before your next scheduled service.
We do not clean bins containing hazardous waste, medical waste, or sharps. Bins found to contain such materials will be skipped with no refund.
Notify us within 48 hours if you believe our service caused damage to your property. We are not responsible for damage to bins that are already cracked or structurally compromised before service.
All wastewater is captured in our self-contained unit and disposed of at an approved facility in compliance with Texas environmental regulations.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in Travis County or Williamson County courts.
