Trash Bin Cleaning in Mayfield Ranch, Round Rock

Six Polygons, One Name

The Round Rock GIS records six distinct entries: Mayfield Ranch, Village at Mayfield Ranch, Parkside at Mayfield Ranch, Highlands-Mayfield Ranch, Gardens at Mayfield Ranch and Preserve at Mayfield Ranch Condominiums. Point checks against the official city limits layer put the core inside the city and put Highlands and Parkside outside it.

The Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility District operates an amenity center at 3810 Bainbridge Cove, Round Rock, TX 78681, and its board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Utility payments for that area run through the Georgetown Utility Systems portal, and the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office patrols the unincorporated portion.

Why the Line Matters

If you live in the core, your collection is arranged through the City of Round Rock. If you live in Highlands or Parkside, it is not. Providers and schedules differ, so confirm your own service day with whichever entity covers your address rather than assuming a neighbor two streets over has the same one.

For us it makes no difference. We schedule after your collection day, whoever runs it, and clean the carts at your curb.
