West Lake Hills is part of our selected Austin service area. It is a separate city, so an Austin mailing address or the word Westlake alone is not enough to identify the route. Use the complete street address in booking and tell us your usual collection day.
This expansion does not include Bee Cave or Lakeway. Bee Cave Road is a road name used in West Lake Hills; it should not be confused with the City of Bee Cave. Check the actual property location if you are near a boundary.

The City of West Lake Hills trash and recycling page identifies Texas Disposal Systems as its collection provider and links to schedule information. Check your street's calendar before booking. Keep Bin Clean provides separate cart cleaning; we do not empty full bins or replace municipal collection.
Driveways, Gates and Cart Access
Plan a safe, accessible curbside location for empty carts. If the carts are normally stored behind a gate, down a private lane or on a steep driveway, describe the access when booking and contact us before the visit if curbside placement is difficult. Gate codes belong in the private booking conversation, not in public comments.
For two carts, select two bins in booking. Tell us if trash and recycling are emptied on different days so both carts can be ready for the confirmed cleaning visit.

Does West Lake Hills coverage include Bee Cave or Lakeway?
No. West Lake Hills is included in the selected service area; Bee Cave and Lakeway are excluded. Your actual address determines the dates returned by booking.
Is bin cleaning part of my TDS trash bill?
No. Keep Bin Clean is a separate cleaning service. Your trash provider must empty the carts before cleaning.
Plans and What Happens Next
Choose one-time cleaning or Monthly, Every 2 Months or Quarterly service. Our pricing page lists the one-bin price, additional-bin cost and two-bin totals. Recurring plans have an initial 12-month commitment and follow approximately 4-, 8- or 12-week cycles. Review the plan terms before booking.
After booking, we confirm your collection day and neighborhood route. Empty, accessible residential carts are washed, sanitized and deodorized at the curb. Payment is charged after completed service; taxes and applicable fees appear at checkout.
