Trash Bin Cleaning in Fountainwood, Georgetown

Two Developments, One Name

The city parcels layer records Fountainwood Estates Phases 1, 1A, 2, 3, 4A, 4B, 5, 6A, 6B and 7, plus Woods of Fountainwood Phases 1A through 7 and Sections 5 and 6. All carry an ESD 8 code with no city jurisdiction code, placing them in unincorporated county inside the Georgetown extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Unusually, the schools are Georgetown ISD even though the jurisdiction is county. And there is a separate commercial property, Fountainwood Plaza, that does carry the city code. Do not confuse the plaza with the neighborhood.
