Trash Bin Cleaning in Gabriels Overlook, Georgetown

Outside the City, Inside the ETJ

Plats recorded as Gabriels Overlook Sections 1 through 4 and Phase 5 carry ESD 1 and Liberty Hill ISD codes with no city jurisdiction code, and a spatial check places them inside the Georgetown extraterritorial jurisdiction. The property owners association describes the community as private, located off Highway 29 and Ronald Reagan, just west of downtown Georgetown, with San Gabriel River access.

The POA is managed by Preferred Association Management, PAMCO, of Cedar Park. Note that the POA spells the name with an apostrophe, Gabriel’s Overlook, while the county plat records use Gabriels Overlook.

Tier 4, Not Tier 1

Because the community sits in the extraterritorial jurisdiction without a municipal utility district, it falls into the City of Georgetown’s Tier 4 rather than the Tier 1 arrangement that covers addresses inside the city limits. Provider, rate and day are not the same as downtown Georgetown.
