Trash Bin Cleaning in Siena, Round Rock

Three Different Answers to One Question

Ask where Siena is and you get three answers depending on who you ask. The postal address says Round Rock 78665. The assigned elementary, Veterans Hill, is in Hutto ISD. Mapping services frequently label much of the area Hutto. A point check against the official Round Rock city limits layer places Siena outside the city.

The Round Rock GIS records Siena in both its neighborhoods layer and its MUD layer, dated 2006, meaning it is served as a utility district rather than by the city. Round Rock negotiated an out-of-city wastewater service agreement with Hutto ISD in 2018 driven by growth in the Siena district. The area has direct access to State Highway 130.

Why We List It Under Round Rock
